“VERGE” Spritzer mixer is the new grape based juice taking the Melbourne Bar scene by storm.

After two years of product trialing and development Geppetto Produce, a sister company of Crittenden Estate wines, the well known Mornington Peninsula winemakers, have released this innovative take on the kitchen condiment VERJUS. This modified version, from 100% Mornington Peninsula grapes, is made solely with the drinks trade in mind. Initially we only wanted to make a refreshing non alcoholic grape juice based beverage with the right balance of natural acids and sugars and containing all the beneficial anti oxidative powers of pure grape juice. Over the past two summers we have been amazed at the acceptance of a simple drink made from 50/50 VERGE and soda on plenty of ice: but the bar trade wants to take the concept further!

We are now compiling a compendium of cocktail and mocktail recipes, using VERGE, for widespread distribution and you are welcome to add your ideas to the recipe list.
